Common questions
How do you price a job?
After a walkthrough, based on the size of the space, how often you need service and what's included. You get a fixed price for that scope before any work starts.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Most recurring cleaning happens in the evening or early morning. Daytime service is also available, for example a day porter.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, unless you'd rather we use specific products, such as the disinfectants your clinic has approved.
Do you take one-time jobs?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans, post-construction cleanup and deep cleans can all be booked as a single visit.
What happens if something is missed?
Email us and we'll come back to put it right. We also update your checklist so it doesn't happen again.
